  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic & onions. Saute till turns brown.
  2. Switch off the flame & let it cool down. Blend the mixture to form paste.
  3. Heat butter in pan & add onion ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 5-7 mints or till it leaves oil.
  4. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Heat enough water in a pan. Add spinach & let it boil for 10 mints. Let the spinach cool down. Blend the spinach to have smooth puree.
  6. Add spinach puree & cook it till leaves oil.
  7. Meanwhile heat oil in pan and Fry the paneer till it turns light brown.
  8. Add water and Paneer & let it cook for 5 mints. Add fresh cream.
